Absolutely. You can disable or enable AutoPay ACH payments at any time by logging into your account at holyokecu.upstart.com. For specific instructions, please review this help center article.

You may also contact us at holyokecu.servicing@upstart.com or at (833) 727-2087 to update your preferred payment preference to manual ACH or check payments.

If you have an AutoPay payment coming up and would like to have it cancelled, please contact us at least 3 business days in advance to cancel your payment. Note that you cannot make same day cancellations from your dashboard.
